3. Booking Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is made.
  • The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the booking details. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation and Booking Modification Policy

  • Each passenger is entitled to free baggage transport of up to 30 kg, subject to the specific route regulations. Additional weight may incur extra charges.
  • The company is not liable for valuable items transported in checked baggage.
  • Parcels are accepted only if they comply with safety regulations. Transporting dangerous, illegal, or perishable items is prohibited.
